• Team Members are hired on a 6-month trial basis. Team Members must demonstrate competency in all areas of our facility by the end of the trial period.
• Team Members must comprehend and communicate a great deal of information. The job is not as easy as it may first appear.
• Team Members actively promote a family-friendly environment.
• Team Members work diligently to make customers happy.
• Team Members gladly follow their Team Leader's instruction.
• Team Members are energetic and hard-working.
• Team Members can manage large groups of people.
• Team Members can tolerate loud, screaming children having fun for long periods of time.
• Team Members work with their fellow Team Members to achieve the Advanced Laser Tag Mission Statement.
